Shake Shack Plymouth Meeting

It's a nice little quaint spot it's a fast food restaurant with a nice aviance. Everything is purchased ala cart they don't have combos or specials The milkshakes are handcrafted. The customer service was good I was greeted with a smile when I walked in, my order was immediately taken, I sat down and my food was brought to me. I personally did not like the french fries because they were just a little too hard for me, however the flavor of the bacon, cheese and I added some ketchup on top of them I definitely would say they would have been delicious. The milkshake was good, the hot dog a toasted bun which was great, ever the hot dog was just okay for me. When you pay there is an option to leave a tip. This is just my opinion this has nothing to do with this establishment per se I'm not a big fan of leaving a tip at these types of establishments. They should have an hourly wage. Its like me going to a Chick-fil-A, KFC, or Roy Rogers, and I tip the drive-thu person. only difference with this place has little bit more aviance I guess I can understand it from their point of view perhaps. I spent approximately $20.00 all in all I had a good experience.

This Shake Shack location is clean and run very well. The staff is attentive and professional. The food is always hot, fresh and high quality which we appreciate so much. They know how to cook the burgers perfectly juicy and crispy on the edges! We have never had to wait too long even when it is very busy. I tried the limited time bourbon bacon jam burger today and it was amazing. The crinkle cut fries are my favorite (dip them in shack sauce trust me). Their chicken bites are also out of this world. Shake Shack is the kind of food you’ll crave over and over.

Hello Google Family. I have visited the Shake Shack in Ardmore, however, I did not purchase anything. I just looked around. They have another location in Springfield, I have never patronized it. Now I know why. The best thing about this place is the young lady that waited on me and I neglected to get her name. I tried to use the kiosk where you place your order, however there is no option if you wish to pay by cash. There should be in my opinion. I then went to the cashier and asked to order. I had ordered on the kiosk, however since I could not pay by cash, the order disappeared in thin air. They have orders that people had placed online and were waiting to pick up. You give your name and then wait for them to call you. The wait wasn't too long. What I didn't like was the appearance of my food. The chicken bites were for Mom and the Avocado bacon burger was for my brother. I disliked that the bacon burger was not placed in a package, like wrapped up, like McDonald's or Wendy's or Burger King wraps up their burgers. It was just out. I took pictures of them and I vouched that because of that, I will NEVER, EVER PATRONIZE SHAKE SHACK AGAIN!!!! The food tasted ok, but the appearance of the food, was unappealing!!!! Good night Google Family!!!

Absolutely delicious. 🤤 I believe the beef is organic and high quality.. a single like this may cost $9 but wow... It's absolutely fantastic. The meat, cheese, bacon & roasted red peppers on top. 😋 Yum Their bacon cheese fries also excellent and the milkshakes... If you're counting calories it'll be your only food of the day lol but worth it.

We got the shack burger, double cheese burger and chicken nuggets. I had the double with cherry peppers. Had tons of cherry peppers on it. Burgers looks great… but were very thin. The chicken tasted like it was in a pickle brine and was crispy. Fries were very good and very crispy - fresh. Lemonade and their special drinks were very good. This location was clean and tidy. Very fast for 4 meals.

The food here is amazing, but PLEASE can we put the brakes on the tipflation. This was my first experience of not only being prompted for a tip when a bag is simply being handed to me, but also a 10% tip was the default selection to make you feel even more guilty about not tipping the team. If you need to raise your prices to pay your team better, please do so. I will still happily come. But guilt-tripping people into tips is just bad business.
